International Orders

If you are placing an order from outside of the United States, here are some things you need to be aware of!

1. Shipping Times!
   Shipment times vary GREATLY and can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 12 weeks. I will not offer refunds for packages that arrive within this time frame, as delivery times are the responsibility of local post offices.
2. Lost Packages!
   Please contact your local post office before contacting me about a package, unless it is lost in the US. There is nothing I can do on my end once it leaves the US. I will only offer refunds for packages that are officially declared "Lost" by the postal service. 
3. Tracking Numbers!
   Most small packages only have tracking numbers that function until they leave the US. Your number will show that your package was delivered to a facility in California. Don't panic! This is a facility for relabeling your package for international travel, where it will go without tracking. This is the most affordable option for international buyers and only applies to packages under 5 oz. If you would like a tracking number, please choose First Class for your shipping option. This will also ensure arrival between 2-4 weeks.
4. Paypal Disputes!
   If you open a paypal dispute and there is a forced refund in response to a package still in international delivery timeframe, you will be permanently blacklisted from purchasing from my shop. This is stealing and will not be tolerated.
5. Brazil Customers!
   Brazil now requires a tax ID number on all packages sent. Please be sure to leave this in the notes of your order to ensure regular delivery.
